Residential Maintenance Service Program

Express HVAC Services residential maintenance service program involves a seasonal inspections designed to keep your new or existing air conditioning and heating system performing at peak efficiency. These inspections can help eliminate the need for an unexpected heating or air conditioning repair and will meet many of the warranty requirements specified by the manufacturer.

Basic Plan Residential:
- $125 for one unit/$75 for each additional unit
- Two Seasonal Inspections
- Priority Service
- $500 Off System Replacement
- 10% Off Part

Air Conditioning (Spring Check-up):
Check Thermostat calibration
•Monitor Refrigeration (add up to 2lbs if needed)
•Test AC starting capabilities
•Test air conditioner safety controls
•Clean and/or replace air filters
•Customer must supply In place, clean and adjustment of blower components
•Measure for correct air flow
•Tighten electrical connections
•Measure volts and amps
•Lubricate all moving parts
•Measure temperature difference between supply air & return air
•Monitor cooling cycle
•Inspect evaporator coil
•Examine installation quality
•Examine equipment condition area and clearances
•Clean condenser coil
•Customer supplies water hose
•Examine disconnect connections
•Examine Contactor
•Check Capacitors
•Visual Inspection of Ultra Violet Light (if applicable)

Furnace (Fall Check-up):
Check thermostat
Test furnace starting capabilities
Examine heat exchanger for damage and corrosion
Inspect gas piping
Clean and/or replace air filters
Customers must supply
Measure for correct air flow
Tighten electrical connections
Measure volts and amps
Lubricate all moving furnace parts
Clean condensate drains
Measure temperature difference between supply & return air
Monitor heating systemIn place, clean and adjustment of blower components
Examine furnace installation quality
